We use OpenAI’s API to process User Content and profile information you provide to generate responses and insights.

6. Managing Your Information

a. Request access

Email support@dae.one to request access or a copy of your personal information.

b. Correct your information

If any of the personal information we collect and hold about you is incorrect, you can update it in your profile.

c. Delete your account

You may delete your account in the app via: Profile → Delete Account.

When you delete your account, we delete your account data and User Content from our active systems. Encrypted backups are overwritten within 30 days, subject to limited retention where necessary for legal, accounting, security, or anti-fraud purposes.

d. Push notification

You can disable notifications in device settings.


7. “Do Not Track” and Third-Party Collection

The app does not respond to web browser “Do Not Track” signals.

Our service providers may collect device and usage information when you use the app to provide analytics, push notifications, error monitoring, and vector storage/search services.

Other parties may collect personally identifiable information about an individual consumer’s online activities over time and across different websites when a consumer uses the app.


8. Processing in the United States

We process personal information in the United States, including through service providers.

If you are located in Canada, your personal information may be processed in the United States and may be accessible to U.S. authorities under U.S. law.


9. Changes

If we make material changes, we will post the updated Privacy Policy and update the Effective Date.
